~ Alligators are carnivorous, eating anything they can catch, including fish, turtles, lizards, snakes, small mammals, waterfowl, and crustaceans.

~ Mammals such as raccoons, opossums, armadillos, rabbits,
~ Because alligators are "cold blooded" they use food mainly for growth, repair, and reproduction.
