~ Tuna fish eat other includes fishes, crustaceans and mollusks.
~ Female tuna fish lay eggs in the open water. and the eggs are fertilized by males who release their sperm in the water where the eggs have been laid.
~ tuna fish larvae usually hatch from the eggs within 24 hours.
~ Tuna fish are not cold-blooded animals like other fish but rather maintain a have a body temperature which is a bit warmer than the water in which they are swimming in . The warm blood that rushes through teir gills allows them to extract more oxygen
~ Tuna Fish use a camouflage for predators ,their belly is lightly colored- so when the predator looks up he can hardly see tha fish against the sunlight. Their top part of the back is blue whcih blends in with the blue sea when predators look down.
~ The tunafish color disappears once they have died
