Cheese Ball with Dried Beef
Ingredients
you will need for chipped beef cheese ball:
2 8-oz. cream cheese pkg, softened
1 stick margarine, softened
2 green onions, chopped
1 3-oz. pkg. dried beef, shredded
Directions
for making Dried Beef Cheese Ball Recipe
~ Put cream cheese
and margarine in mixing bowl
~ Mix together until smooth
~ Add green onions and 3/4 amount of shredded beef
~ Cover up the mixture
~ Chill thoroughly in refrigerator for 1 hour
~ Scoop up cheese ball mixture
~ Shape into a ball nice and smooth
~ Place some shredded beef onto cheese ball
and press into it so its covered
~ Wrap and keep chilled in refrigerator
~ Serve with crackers.
