Cream Cheese Ham Ball Ingredients for Ham and Cheese Ball Recipe 1 cup of chopped ham 2 cups of grated Cheddar cheese 1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese softened 1/2 tspdehydrated onion flakes crumbled (optional) 1/2 tsp of Worcestershire sauce a pinch dry mustard a little Chopped parsley (optional) a pinch of Paprika (optional) Directions for Making Ham Cheese Ball ~ Finely chop ham into small pieces ~ you can use a food processor on a fine blade ~ mix ham, cheddar cheese and seasonings together ~ mix well ~ cover the bowl with cheese ball mixture and let cool in refrigerator for about 1 hour until firm ~ scoop some of the cheese ball mix and shape into a ball ~ wrap the cheese ball in waxed paper and refrigerate until serving time. ~ To add a little seasoning roll ball in chopped parsley or paprika. ~ click here for printable version of ham and cheese ball recipe
