Easy Cheese Ball Recipe Ingredients you will need for cheese balls: 1 cup unsalted butter, softened 8 oz cream cheese, softened 3 cups of flour 1 1/2 cup sugar 1 egg 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp vanilla extract Directions for making cheese ball ~ Add butter and cream cheese into large mixing bowl ~ Beat in sugar until mixture is smooth ~ Beat in egg and vanilla ~ Add baking powder ~ Stir in flour ~ Chill several hours in fridge ~ Roll dough into small balls ~ Prepare oven and heat to 375 degrees ~ Place cheese balls on an ungreased cookie sheet ~ Flatten cheese balls with a smooth glass that has been dipped in sugar ~ Bake 10 to 15 minutes, until the edges are lightly browned ~ Cool these easy cheese balls on wire racks then eat. ~ Click here for a printable version of this easy cheese ball recipe
