~ Here is one of our favourite section of homemade cookie recipes - The No Bake Cookies, ideal for a quick kid recipe especailly when they want to have a tasty treat NOW !
~ take the uncooked rive and grind it into a fine powder ~ into a bowl add plain flour,powdered rice,sugar and cardamom and mix together well ~ melt the ghee ~ the indian cookie dough with with meltmixed ghee ~ knead it into a soft cookie dough. ~ cover the cookie dough with a moist kitchen cloth and leave to stand for about about 4 hours ~ take out the indian cookie dough and knead again ~ No shape the cookie dough into indian cookies( any shape you like) ~ put finished cookies onto a baking tray ~ bake at (160degrees) for approx 15 - 20 minutes until they are a light brown colour ~ after baking take out indian cookies and cool ~ EAT :-)
