No Bake Chocolate Cookie Recipe (

Brownies:

2 tablespoons
butter
1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla or vanilla essence
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 1/2 cups oatmeal

How
to Make the No Bake Chocolate Cookies

Cookies:

~
melt the plain butter
~ put into a bowl ( microwave proof) and add cocoa
~ mix well until cocoa is dissolved
~ add sugar, milk and salt
~ blend together well
~ microwave cookie dough on a high setting approx 1 minute until it boils
- if not boiled add another 10 seconds
~ when boiled take out- it will continue cooking for a while yet but not
burn
~ add the vanilla
or vanilla essence to the dough mixture
~ Mix in peanut butter
~ Stir in oatmeal
~ when chocolate cookie dough is well mixed take a tablespoon and sppon
some cookie dough onto a baking sheet or waxed paper
~ Let the kids make fun cookie dough shapes
~ Let cook and EAT :-) . |
