Spicy Cheese Ball Recipe
Ingredients you will need for spicy cheese balls:
1 cup of grated cheese
¼ cup of plain flour
2 Eggs
¼ tsp Chilli powder
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp Baking powder
Oil for frying
Directions for making spicy cheese ball
~ Mix all the grated cheese and flour in mixing bowl
~ add the 2 eggs and mix well
~ add salt and chilly powder
~ add baking powder to cheese ball mixture
~ beat into a fluffy batter
~ put mixture in a coll place for 15 minutes
~ heat oil
~ scoop a spoonful of cheese ball mixture and put into oil
~ fry until golden color first on high heat then reduce to medium
~ leave to cool on a wire rack then serve with cracker bread
